APVC Partners with Setter College!

This Fall APVC and the Setter College are teaming up to bring the Bay Area intense Volleyball training to prepare for the 2022-2023 club season!

If you are a participant on a APVC club team for 2022-2023 season, your fee is included in you club fee.  Contact Cheryl Bains.

If you are a participant on another local club team, no worries.  You can register directly with Setter College below.  APVC enjoys developing volleyball players who love the game while increasing skill levels no matter what club you have joined.

COVID Protocol Information

Please refer to NCVA website guidelines below for players and guest which are in affect based on the CDC and local government and building rules.  These are protocols, in general, for most facilities:

COVID Protocols

State of California Mega-Guidelines will be in place. If you are exhibiting any COVID symptoms, please stay home. All attendees over the age of 2 years must provide ONE of the following:

  • Proof of full vaccination OR proof of negative COVID test result. 
    • At this time, “full vaccination” is defined as meeting at least one of the following conditions:
      • 2 doses of Pfizer or Moderna.
      • 1 Johnson & Johnson dose administered within the last 6 months.
    • A booster is not yet required. 
    • A digital or physical copy of the vaccination card is accepted. 
    • If unvaccinated, your COVID test must be administered as follows:
      • For Teams playing Saturday/Sunday: 
        • Antigen (rapid) test must be taken on Friday, January 14, 2022.
        • PCR test must be taken no earlier than Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
      • For Teams playing Sunday/Monday: 
        • Antigen (rapid) test must be taken on Saturday, January 15, 2022.
        • PCR test must be taken no earlier than Thursday, January 13, 2022.
    • Home tests are accepted with the following requirements:
      • Must be administered following the same dates as above. 
      • Antigen (Rapid) Home Tests
        • Please take a photo with your phone, that shows the time and date of the photo,
        • Your name must be written on the home test along with the time and date the test was taken to match the photo. 
      • PCR Home Testing Kits
        • These are administered at home then sent to labs for processing for results. 
        • The digital results of your test are accepted. 
  • All attendees 18 years of age and older must provide a valid ID along with one of the above to enter the building. 

All attendees must properly wear a face mask while in the convention center, including athletes on the court. You may remove your mask only while actively eating or drinking. Any questions or concerns may be emailed to events@ncva.com 

For attendees that have tested positive for COVID recently: We understand that some who have recovered may still test positive for 90 days. If you are still testing positive, but have completed the home isolation and have no symptoms of COVID, you may submit your Doctor’s Clearance Letter through this form: https://ncva.com/covidclearance/

STAY SAFE and sanitize your hands often.  Definitely, after each match.

Back at the habitat, our 13s' Premier Pack were caught on the prowl celebrating our very own Wolf Pack Friendship Day highlighting each litter mate and their personal prowess. Not only is the pack growing stronger, but so is their predatory nature as they climb in the rankings!

The amazing APVC 13s Premier team keeps advancing from one bracket to the next.  Lead by the talented and caring coaches, Rafaela Rios and Emily Miranda, these girls are developing great teamwork and skills in a short period of time.  We congratulate them on focused and fun volleyball play!
